With over 15 years of industry experience in product design, development, and commercialization, Colton specializes in bringing ideas to life—transforming concepts into market-ready products that fuel brand growth. His career spans a broad range of business environments, from small family-run operations and large global corporations to fast-moving, high-growth startups.

Colton has led the creation of both private label and in-house collections, helped scale accessories categories through iconic, best-selling products, and established product strategy and commercialization frameworks for emerging brands. His approach is grounded in a proven Design–Develop–Launch (DDL) process—ensuring that every product moves from concept to manufacturing with a strong alignment to design vision, business goals, and timely execution.
